    It is the responsibility of the licensee to make sure the bond for a school is current.

    The licensee will be required to provide the bond information anuualy.

    # (A)(8) was removed as unnecessary, and the remaining rule was renumbered accordingly.

    # (A)(8), which was formerly (A)(9), was amended by removing #A school shall present a new letter from a bonding company, if the bonding company is different than the original filed.# This amendment was the result of prior stakeholder input from a bond insurance company.
