    4713-5-2-(A) The word "shall" was changed to "may" in reference to offering credit hours.

    4713-5-2 (B) explains that competency based courses are academic courses which allowed for career tech schools.

    4713-5-2(D)(1)was removed so that the certification is for a specific service, not all encompassing.

    4713-5-2(E) Explains who can provide clinic services - this language was moved from 4713-5-23.
