PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
LONG-TERM CARE CONSUMER GUIDE
Chapter 173-45 of the Administrative Code regulates the Long-Term Care Consumer Guide. ODA proposes to rescind rule 173-45-01 of the Administrative Code and to replace it with a new rule of the same number. ODA proposes to amend the remaining rules of the chapter. Please review the BIA for detailed information on the proposed amendments.
On October 6, ODA conducted a public hearing on the rules. Afterwards, ODA revised rule language in rules 173-45-05, 173-45-07, and 173-45-10. As a result, ODA will now offer the following public hearing to obtain comments concerning the revised rules:
