(A)  The fee for rental of housekeeping cottages is:

(B)   The chief of the division may, at his/her discretion, for promotional purposes during division-sponsored programs, waive all or a portion of the fees for program/promotional participants.

(C) The per week fees specified in paragraph (A) of this rule are the maximum amounts charged for a seven consecutive night rental.

(D)(C) Effective on and after April 1, 2007 a A ten dollar per night holiday fee shall be charged for each cottage rented on the following dates. This fee is in addition to the fees specified in paragraph (A) of this rule. The holiday fee shall be charged the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend; the day before and the day of Fourth of July, Veterans Day, and New Years day; the day before, the day of and ten days following Thanksgiving day; the day of and six days following Christmas day.

(D) The chief may designate certain cottages as allowing dogs. In cottages so designated, persons may bring and keep up to two dogs in the cottage. A fee of five dollars per night per cottage shall be charged for rental of a cottage designated as allowing dogs. This fee is in addition to the fees specified in paragraphs (A) and (C) of this rule.
