    This rule contains references to the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) and the Ohio Revised Code (ORC).     The cost of the ground water monitoring program will vary at each facility, however the estimated cost of compliance with this rule for a facility in assessment or corrective measures is approximately $113,000 and for a facility in assessment and compliance monitoring is approximately $95,000. These estimates are based on agency experience and the environmental industry in Ohio.

    16.  Does this rule have a fiscal effect on school districts, counties, townships, or municipal corporations? Yes
