STATE OF OHIO DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES

NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND PLANT RULE

The Chief of the Division of Natural Areas and Preserves, pursuant to Section 1501:8.01 and Chapter 119 of the Ohio Revised Code, hereby gives notice of his intent to amend the following rule:

1501:18-1-03.

Administrative rule 1501:18-1-03 is being amended to list the current species of endangered and threatened plant species in the State of Ohio.

A public hearing on this amended rule will be held at 10 A.M. on Wednesday, October 30, 2002, at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Natural Areas and Preserves' Headquarters, 1889 Fountain Square Court, F-1, Columbus, Ohio. At the public hearing, any person affected by the rule changes may appear and be heard in person, or by an attorney, or both, and may present testimony, orally or in writing, offer and examine witnesses, and present evidence tending to show that the rule, if amended, will be unreasonable or unlawful.
