NOTICE

 

ODA is proposing to amend rules 173-3-06, 173-13-04, 173-14-01, 173-43-01, 173-43-02,

173-43-03, 173-43-04, 173-43-05, 173-44-04, 173-45-01, 173-45-08, and 173-50-01 of the

Administrative Code to update references and clean-up language within those rules. For detailed information, please see the business impact analysis (BIA) that accompanies this rule filing. To obtain comments concerning the rule proposals, ODA will conduct a public hearing on November 5, 2013 in Conference Room 9A which is located in ODA's 9th-floor office suite at 50 W. Broad St.; Columbus, OH 43215. The hearing will begin at 11:30AM and will continue until all parties in attendance at that time have had an opportunity to provide comment.
