This rule is being proposed to implement section 5104.011 of Sub S.B. 238 of the 126th General Assembly.

This rule sets forth the application process for professional certification for Type B home providers and in-home aides. This rule is being amended to add the public children services agency abuse and neglect registry inquiry form as a requirement as well as a new statement of nonconviction form. This rule has been reformatted to clarify the acronym for BCII (Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation) and the rule has been reformatted.
