3770:1-9-587               Game rule number five hundred eighty-seven.

 

 

 

(A)      Title and term. Ohio lottery commission game rule number five hundred eighty-seven, "Holiday Treasures," shall be conducted at such times and for such periods as the commission may determine. For the purpose of this rule, "sales cycle" shall mean any such period, including reprints, beginning on the date when ticket sales are commenced and continuing through the date established by the director as the date on which sales agents are to make their final settlement with respect to tickets allocated to them during the period in game rule number five hundred eighty-seven.

 

(B)  General design.

 

(1)   Game rule number five hundred eighty-seven is an instant lottery game within which are contained three separate games. There are twenty-two chances to win on each ticket, and a player may win up to twenty-two times on one ticket. To win a prize award, the player is required to scratch off the covering and do one or more of the following:

 

(a)     "Quick $25!" - The player reveals a play symbol which may include: "Wreath," "Reindeer," "Horn," "Stocking," "Candle," "Angel," "Drum," "Gingerbread Man," "Sleigh" and "Bell." If the player reveals a "Bell" symbol, the player wins twenty-five dollars automatically.

 

(b)     "Quick $50! - The player reveals a play symbol which may include: "Wreath," "Reindeer," "Horn," "Stocking," "Candle," "Angel," "Drum," "Gingerbread Man," "Sleigh" and "Star." If the player reveals a "Star" symbol, the player wins fifty dollars automatically.

 

(c)     "Key Number Match" - The player reveals five "Winning Numbers," twenty "Your Holiday Numbers" and twenty corresponding prize values. The player must match any one or more of "Your Holiday Numbers" to one or more of the "Winning Numbers" to win the corresponding prize value revealed beneath the matched "Your Holiday Numbers." If the player reveals a "Snowman" symbol in any of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, the player wins the corresponding prize value revealed automatically. If the player reveals a "10X" symbol in any of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, the player wins ten times the corresponding prize value revealed automatically. If the player matches any one of "Your Holiday Numbers" to one of the "Winning Numbers" or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots and the corresponding prize value revealed  is  a  "TPD"  symbol,  the  player  wins  two  thousand  dollars

 

 

automatically, and, upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, shall also automatically be entered into the Top Prize Drawing ("TPD") to win five hundred thousand dollars. The Top Prize Drawing shall be conducted in accordance with Ohio lottery rules and procedures established and approved by the director.

(2)    As used in this rule, "prize award" shall mean one of the following monetary figures which is the total of all winning prize values appearing on the ticket: ten dollars, twenty dollars, twenty-five dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, two thousand dollars, five thousand dollars, ten thousand dollars, fifty thousand dollars and five hundred thousand dollars. Each ticket in game rule number five hundred eighty-seven shall be imprinted in such a way that prize awards from the set listed above may be won.

(C)   Price of tickets. The price of a ticket issued by the commission in game rule number five hundred eighty-seven shall be ten dollars.

(D)  Structure, nature and value of prize awards.

(1)      There shall be two types of prizes in game rule number five hundred eighty-seven, a "regular prize award" and a "TPD" prize award.

(2)   The only "prize values" which shall appear on a ticket in game rule number five hundred eighty-seven are:

(a)   "Quick $25!" - twenty-five dollars;

(b)   "Quick $50!" - fifty dollars; and

(c)    "Key Number Match" - one dollar, two dollars, five dollars, ten dollars, fifteen dollars, twenty dollars, twenty-five dollars, thirty dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, two hundred fifty dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, the "TPD" symbol corresponding to a prize value of two thousand dollars, two thousand five hundred dollars, five thousand dollars, ten thousand dollars, twenty-five thousand dollars, fifty thousand dollars and five hundred thousand dollars.

(3)    Numbers, prize values and play symbols appearing on any ticket in game rule number five hundred eighty-seven shall be concealed by an opaque covering which may be scratched off by the holder of the ticket to reveal the underlying numbers, prize values and play symbols.

(a)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for one dollar ten times shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;

(b)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Holiday Numbers" or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;

(c)    Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of five matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for two dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;

(d)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of ten matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for one dollar ten times shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;

(e)    Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by all twenty of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in all twenty of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of twenty matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for one dollar twenty times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;

(f)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Holiday Numbers" or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for twenty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;

(g)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for two dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;

(h)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Holiday Numbers"

play spots, or any combination of two matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for ten dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;

(i)    Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by twelve of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in twelve of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of twelve matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for one dollar ten times and five dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;

(j)    Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of five matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for five dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;

(k)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Holiday Numbers" or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for twenty-five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;

(l)    Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of two matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for ten dollars once and fifteen dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;

(m)    Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by sixteen of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in sixteen of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of sixteen matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for one dollar fifteen times and ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;

(n)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Bell" symbol is revealed for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;

(o)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning

Numbers" are matched by thirteen of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in thirteen of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of thirteen matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for one dollar once and two dollars twelve times shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;

(p)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of two matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for twenty dollars once and thirty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;

(q)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for five dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;

(r)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Bell" symbol is revealed for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of five matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for five dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;

(s)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Holiday Numbers" or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for fifty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;

(t)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Star" symbol is revealed for fifty dollars in the "Quick $50!" game shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;

(u)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of four matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for ten dollars three times and twenty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;

(v)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for ten dollars ten times

shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;

(w)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Bell" symbol is revealed for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; on which a "Star" symbol is revealed for fifty dollars in the "Quick $50!" game; and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of fifteen matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for one dollar five times and two dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;

(x)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Holiday Numbers" or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for one hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;

(y)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Bell" symbol is revealed for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; on which a "Star" symbol is revealed for fifty dollars in the "Quick $50!" game; and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by all twenty of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in all twenty of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of twenty matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for one dollar fifteen times and two dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;

(z)   Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Bell" symbol is revealed for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of ten matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for five dollars five times and ten dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;

(aa) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Bell" symbol is revealed for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; on which a "Star" symbol is revealed for fifty dollars in the "Quick $50!" game; and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by all twenty of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in all twenty of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of twenty matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for ten dollars

five times and twenty-five dollars fifteen times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;

(bb) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for fifty dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;

(cc) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Holiday Numbers" or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for five hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;

(dd) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Bell" symbol is revealed for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; on which a "Star" symbol is revealed for fifty dollars in the "Quick $50!" game; and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by sixteen of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in sixteen of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of sixteen matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for twenty-five dollars once, fifty dollars twelve times and one hundred dollars three times shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;

(ee) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Bell" symbol is revealed for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; on which a "Star" symbol is revealed for fifty dollars in the "Quick $50!" game; and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by thirteen of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in thirteen of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of thirteen matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for twenty-five dollars once, fifty dollars six times and one hundred dollars six times shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;

(ff) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Bell" symbol is revealed for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; on which a "Star" symbol is revealed for fifty dollars in the "Quick $50!" game; and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by nineteen of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in nineteen of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of nineteen matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for twenty-five dollars once and fifty dollars eighteen times shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;

(gg) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Holiday Numbers" or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots and a "TPD" prize symbol is revealed for two thousand dollars shall win a regular prize award of two thousand dollars, and, upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, automatic entry into the Top Prize Drawing to win a grand prize of five hundred thousand dollars;

(hh) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of ten matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for five hundred dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;

(ii) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by all twenty of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in all twenty of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of twenty matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for two hundred fifty dollars twenty times shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;

(jj) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of five matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for one thousand dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;

(kk) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Star" symbol is revealed for fifty dollars in the "Quick $50!" game; and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fourteen of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in fourteen of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of fourteen matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for fifty dollars once, one hundred dollars four times and five hundred dollars nine times shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;

(ll) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of four matched numbers or "Snowman"

symbols are revealed for two thousand five hundred dollars four times shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;

(mm) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of fifteen matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for one hundred dollars ten times, one thousand dollars four times and five thousand dollars once shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;

(nn) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for one thousand dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;

(oo) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Holiday Numbers" or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for ten thousand dollars once shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;

(pp) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of two matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for twenty-five thousand dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of fifty thousand dollars;

(qq) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Holiday Numbers," or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of five matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for ten thousand dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of fifty thousand dollars;

(rr) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Holiday Numbers" or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for fifty thousand dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty thousand dollars;

(ss) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers"  are  matched  by  ten  of  "Your  Holiday  Numbers,"  or  a

"Snowman" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots, or any combination of ten matched numbers or "Snowman" symbols are revealed for five thousand dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of fifty thousand dollars;

(tt) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for fifty thousand dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred thousand dollars; and

(uu) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Holiday Numbers" or a "Snowman" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Holiday Numbers" play spots for five hundred thousand dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five hundred thousand dollars.

(E)   Number of prize awards. The number of prize awards in any sales cycle of game rule number five hundred eighty-seven will depend upon the number of tickets sold during that cycle. However, distribution and availability for public purchase may be affected by, but not limited to, circumstances such as stolen, defective, missing, damaged, promotional, returned or reordered tickets. Tickets shall be printed in accordance with this rule using random techniques in order that the following occur:

(1)   Combinations winning each prize award are randomly distributed throughout all tickets printed in any given ticket issuance; and

(2)    Mathematical reasoning indicates that the number of winning tickets per three million four hundred thousand tickets sold should be as follows:

(a)   One ticket matching numbers or revealing a "Snowman" symbol for five hundred thousand dollars once to win five hundred thousand dollars;

(b)   One ticket revealing the "10X" symbol for fifty thousand dollars ten times to win five hundred thousand dollars;

(c)   Two tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for five thousand dollars ten times to win fifty thousand dollars;

(d)   One ticket matching numbers or revealing a "Snowman" symbol for fifty thousand dollars once to win fifty thousand dollars;

(e)    One ticket matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for ten thousand dollars five times to win fifty thousand dollars;

(f)   Two tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for twenty-five thousand dollars two times to win fifty thousand dollars;

(g)   Three tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Snowman" symbol for ten thousand dollars once to win ten thousand dollars;

(h)    Three tickets revealing the "10X" symbol for one thousand dollars ten times to win ten thousand dollars;

(i)   Three tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars ten times, one thousand dollars four times and five thousand dollars once to win ten thousand dollars;

(j)   Three tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for two thousand five hundred dollars four times to win ten thousand dollars;

(k)    Six tickets revealing the "Star" symbol for fifty dollars in the "Quick

$50!" game; and matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for fifty dollars once, one hundred dollars four times and five hundred dollars nine times to win five thousand dollars;

(l)   Seven tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one thousand dollars five times to win five thousand dollars;

(m)    Ten tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for two hundred fifty dollars twenty times to win five thousand dollars;

(n)    Ten tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for five hundred dollars ten times to win five thousand dollars;

(o)       One hundred ninety-five tickets revealing the "Bell" symbol for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; revealing the "Star" symbol for fifty dollars in the "Quick $50!" game; and matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for twenty-five dollars once and fifty dollars eighteen times to win one thousand dollars;

(p)       One hundred ninety-five ticket revealing the "Bell" symbol for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; revealing the "Star" symbol for fifty dollars in the "Quick $50!" game; and matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for twenty-five dollars once, fifty dollars six times and one hundred dollars six times to win one thousand dollars; and

(q)       One hundred ninety-five tickets revealing the "Bell" symbol for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; revealing the "Star" symbol for fifty dollars in the "Quick $50!" game; and matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, twenty-five dollars once, fifty dollars twelve times and one hundred dollars three times to win one thousand dollars.

(3)   Mathematical reasoning indicates that over a sufficiently large number of tickets sold, the average number of winning tickets per two hundred thousand tickets sold should be as follows:

(a)     One ticket matching numbers or revealing a "Snowman" symbol and revealing the "TPD" prize symbol to win two thousand dollars, and, upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, automatic entry into the Top Prize Drawing to win a grand prize of five hundred thousand dollars;

(b)   One hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Snowman" symbol for five hundred dollars once to win five hundred dollars;

(c)   One hundred tickets revealing the "10X" symbol for fifty dollars ten times to win five hundred dollars;

(d)  One hundred tickets revealing the "Bell" symbol for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; revealing the "Star" symbol for fifty dollars in the "Quick $50!" game; and matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, ten dollars five times and twenty-five dollars fifteen times to win five hundred dollars;

(e)   Five hundred tickets revealing the "Bell" symbol for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; and matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for five dollars five times and ten dollars five times to win one hundred dollars;

(f)   Five hundred tickets revealing the "Bell" symbol for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; revealing the "Star" symbol for fifty dollars in the "Quick $50!" game; and matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one dollar fifteen times and two dollars five times to win one hundred dollars;

(g)   Five hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Snowman" symbol for one hundred dollars once to win one hundred dollars;

(h)   Five hundred tickets revealing the "Bell" symbol for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; revealing the "Star" symbol for fifty dollars in the "Quick $50!" game; and matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one dollar five times and two dollars ten times to win one hundred dollars;

(i)   Six hundred tickets revealing the "10X" symbol for ten dollars ten times to win one hundred dollars;

(j)   Two hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars three times and twenty dollars once to win fifty dollars;

(k)   Eight hundred tickets revealing the "Star" symbol for fifty dollars in the "Quick $50!" game to win fifty dollars;

(l)   Two hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Snowman" symbol for fifty dollars once to win fifty dollars;

(m)    Two hundred tickets revealing the "Bell" symbol for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game; and matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for five dollars five times to win fifty dollars;

(n)   Six hundred tickets revealing the "10X" symbol for five dollars ten times to win fifty dollars;

(o)   Two hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for twenty dollars once and thirty dollars once to win fifty dollars;

(p)       Four hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one dollar once and two dollars twelve times to win twenty-five dollars;

(q)   Two thousand tickets revealing the "Bell" symbol for twenty-five dollars in the "Quick $25!" game to win twenty-five dollars;

(r)   Four hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one dollar fifteen times and ten dollars once to win twenty-five dollars;

(s)   Four hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars once and fifteen dollars once to win twenty-five dollars;

(t)   Four hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Snowman" symbol for twenty-five dollars once to win twenty-five dollars;

(u)       Four hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for five dollars five times to win twenty-five dollars;

(v)      Four thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one dollar ten times and five dollars two times to win twenty dollars;

(w)      Two thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars two times to win twenty dollars;

(x)    Eight thousand tickets revealing the "10X" symbol for two dollars ten times to win twenty dollars;

(y)     Two thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Snowman" symbol for twenty dollars once to win twenty dollars;

(z)      Four thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one dollar twenty times to win twenty dollars;

(aa) Four thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one dollar ten times to win ten dollars;

(bb) Four thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing "Snowman" symbols, or any combination thereof, for two dollars five times to win ten dollars;

(cc) Eight thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Snowman" symbol for ten dollars once to win ten dollars; and

(dd) Twelve thousand tickets revealing the "10X" symbol for one dollar ten times to win ten dollars.

(F)   Tickets sold. Chances of winning and the number of winning tickets are established at the time of printing and will change as prizes are won.

(G)  Frequency of prize drawings.

(1)    Random imprinting of prize awards on all tickets issued in game rule number five hundred eighty-seven shall be accomplished in a manner, which complies with the commission's rules and procedures.

(2)   When a ticket issued in game rule number five hundred eighty-seven is sold or deemed sold in accordance with this rule and the covering material over any of the numbers, prize values and play symbols has been removed, the holder shall be deemed to have drawn the numbers, prize values and play symbols on that ticket which determine whether the holder is entitled to a regular prize award. All regular prize awards shall be deemed announced no later than the last day of the sales cycle of game rule number five hundred eighty-seven in which the ticket was sold.

(3)    The Top Prize Drawing to award one grand prize of five hundred thousand dollars shall take place in accordance with rules and procedures established and approved by the director, and specifically, rule 3770:1-6-05 of the Administrative Code governing "Prize drawings" and rule 3770:1-6-01 of the Administrative Code governing "Special lottery drawings." Such drawings

shall be held on dates determined and announced by the director, however, the earliest Top Prize Drawing date shall be one hundred eighty days from the game close date or when all tickets wining a prize value corresponding with a "TPD" symbol have been claimed, whichever is earlier.

(H)    Special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures. The director shall establish special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures, including procedures for validation by sales agents of tickets winning prize awards which are to be paid by sales agents in accordance with commission rules, as well as procedures for entry into the Top Prize Drawings described in Section (G)(3) of this Rule. Prize awards shall be claimed within the time limits set forth by commission rules.

(I)  Validity of tickets.

(1)   A mechanical error in printing prize awards, symbols, words or other numbers on a ticket shall not automatically invalidate that ticket. To the extent feasible, the director shall establish procedures by which the holder of any ticket on which information is incorrectly printed due to mechanical malfunction may be advised of correct information for the ticket. If it is not technically feasible to recover the information from a mechanically misprinted ticket, the director may declare the ticket void and the holder shall be entitled to a return of the ticket price or a replacement ticket of comparable price.

(2)   In addition to, but not in limitation of, all other power and authority conferred on the director by the commission's rules, the director may declare a ticket in game rule number five hundred eighty-seven void if it is stolen, unissued, deactivated, not sold or deemed not sold in accordance with commission rules; if it is illegible, mutilated, altered, counterfeit, misregistered, reconstituted, miscut, defective, printed or produced in error or incomplete; or if the ticket fails any of the validation tests or procedures established by the director. The commission's liability and responsibility for a ticket declared void, if any, is limited to refund of the retail sales price of the ticket or issuance of a replacement ticket of comparable price.

(J)   Director's conduct of game rule number five hundred eighty-seven.

(1)    The director shall conduct game rule number five hundred eighty-seven in a manner consistent with the Lottery Act and the rules of the commission including, without limitation, this rule and the regulations of the director. As deemed necessary or advisable, the director shall adopt management regulations, orders or directives to implement and operate this lottery game. The director shall inform the public of the provisions of this rule and the

procedures established pursuant hereto which affect the play of game rule number five hundred eighty-seven. The director reserves the right to declare any instant game as unavailable for sale at any time to maintain game integrity and accountability.

(2)      Names and definitions of elements of game rule number five hundred eighty-seven used in this rule are to be considered generic terms used solely for purposes of this rule. In actual operation, game rule number five hundred eighty-seven and these elements may be given names or titles chosen by the commission.
