PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING

 

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the Ohio Department of Youth Services intends to conduct a public hearing for the purpose of amending rules to Ohio Administrative Code section 5139 chapter 37 Detention Centers.

 

The proposed rule amendments: 5139-37-01 Definitions

Interested parties may view the proposed rule amendments on the Register of Ohio website:  http://www.registerofohio.state.oh.us/.

 

The Ohio Department of Youth Services shall hold a public hearing on the proposed rule amendments at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at the Ohio Department of Youth Services, Central Office, Conference Room G, 3rd Floor, 30 West Spring Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, in order to receive and hear comments.
