OHIO DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC NOTICE

RESCISSION AND REINTRODUCTION OF RULES

Notice is hereby given that the Director of Development, acting pursuant to Section 119.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, intends to rescind Rules of the Ohio Administrative Rules governing the Community Service Block Grants:

 

122-2-1       Definitions

122-2-2       Suspension or withholding of community services block grant funding

122-2-3       Termination of community services block grant funding. 122-2-04 Conduct of hearing

122-2-05 Decision requirements

 

 

These rules provide, among other things, the definitions of terms, eligibility requirements and guidelines regarding termination of Community Service Block Grants. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the rescission and renumbering of the rules governing Community Service Block Grant funding. The following rules will be proposed to be renumbered in division 122:5 without any change to the content of the rule.
