NOTICE

 

ODA is conducting a five-year rule review on the PACE rules found in Chapter 173-50 of the Administrative Code.

 

ODA will conduct a public hearing to obtain suggestions and comments concerning the rules. ODA will conduct the hearing on December 26, 2012 at 50 W. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43215; Conference Room 10B; Columbus, OH 43215. The hearing will begin at 1:00PM and will continue until all parties in attendance at that time have had an opportunity to provide comment.
