    Remove compliance process issues from a rule dealing with standards for safe dialysis care; Change "regimen" to "order" to reflect changes made last year in rules 4723-4-03 and 4723-4-04 which cover similar issues for RN's and LPN's; Enhance the Board's ability to discipline dialysis technicians who submit fraudulent documents to the Board.

    The rule establishes standards for safe dialysis care. The amendment adds a provision that bars the submission of false information to the Board and to employers. The amendment also removes language that deals with compliance process issues.
