THE CHANCELLOR OF THE OHIO BOARD OF REGENTS LEGAL NOTICE

 

 

The Chancellor of the Ohio Board of Regents will hold two public hearings on rules 3333-1-65 through 3333-1-65.10 (New). The first public hearing will take place on Monday, December 29, 2014 in the Basement Level room B001 at the Ohio Board of Regents, located at 25 South Front Street, Columbus, Ohio. The hearing will begin at 12:00 p.m. and will continue until all parties in attendance at that time have had an opportunity to provide comment. The second public hearing will take place on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 also on the Basement level in room B001. The hearing will begin at 12:00 p.m. and will continue until all parties in attendance at that time have had an opportunity to provide comment.

 

·         Rules 3333-1-65 through 65.10 (New) are being filed in compliance with Ohio Revised Code 3365.02 which requires the Chancellor of the Ohio Board of Regents to adopt rules to govern the College Credit Plus program which is created by Chapter 3365 of the Ohio Revised Code.
