OHIO DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENT TAX CREDIT AUTHORITY

PUBLIC NOTICE AMENDMENT OF RULE

Notice is hereby given that the Director of Development, acting pursuant to Section 119.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, intends to file an amendment to a rule on behalf of the Tax Credit Authority:

 

122:7-1-01 Definitions

 

This rule provides definitions of terms used in Section 122:7 of the Ohio Administrative Code governing the Tax Credit Authority. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss some minor changes and clarifications made to this rule.

A public hearing regarding the amended filing of the aforesaid rule is scheduled for: December 7, 2006
