The State Board of Education will hold a public hearing on the following rule actions at 4:00 p.m. on December 12, 2011, in the Conference Center at the Ohio School for the Deaf, located at 500 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio:

 

·         3301-41-01 Standard for issuing an Ohio high school equivalence diploma (Amendment)

 

·         3301-44-03 Information and counseling (Amendment)

 

·         3301-101-01 to -13   Jon Peterson special needs scholarship program (New)

 

·         3301-104-01 to -03  Expenditures for pupil instruction by internet or computer-based schools (Rescission)
