    NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ADMINISTRATIVE RULES

    Pursuant to Chapter 119 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Ohio Secretary of State gives notice of a public hearing regarding administrative rules. The office is re-ordering its sections of the Ohio Administrative Code in order to provide a more organized and user-friendly structure. To accomplish this, existing rules ?e proposed for rescission and then re-ordered as proposed new rules. In adopting the new rules, some content has been updated as reflected on the Rule Summary of the RSFA. The rules contain information about business filings, the Uniform Commercial Code, campaign finance, elections administration and the Board of Voting Machine Examiners.
