STATE OF OHIO DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES

 

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO AMEND AND HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON STATE OF OHIO DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE RULES

 

 

The Director of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, pursuant to Section 1501.02 of the Ohio Revised Code, hereby gives notice of his intention to rescind the following rules:

 

1501:1-01        Notice of public hearing. and to adopt the following rules:

Administrative rule 1501:1-01 is being rescinded as more than 50% of the existing rule is being amended, making it necessary to rescind the current rule and final a new, replacement rule.

 

A public hearing on the proposed amendments and adoption of these rules will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, December 11, 2015 in the E-1 Assembly Center of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources located at 2045 Morse Road in Columbus, Ohio 43229.  At the public hearing, any person affected by the rule adoption may appear and be heard in person, or by an attorney, or both, and may present testimony, orally or in writing, and present evidence tending to show that these rules, if amended or rescinded, will be unreasonable or unlawful.
