OHIO HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY PUBLIC NOTICE OF FILING RULES

 

Notice is hereby given that the Executive Director and Members of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, acting pursuant to Section 119.03 and 175.05 of the Ohio Revised Code, and as a result of the required five year review of all administrative code rules, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 106.03, OHFA staff intend to review and file any revision to the following rules:

 

175-10-1            Definitions

175-10-2            Procedures for accessing confidential personal information 175-10-03     Valid reasons for accessing confidential personal information 175-10-04 Confidentiality statutes

175-10-05   Restricting and logging access to confidential personal information in computerized personal information systems

 

 

The proposed revisions to the rules are minor, technical in nature and update these rules consistent with current law and the Ohio Housing Finance Agency programs.

 

A public hearing regarding the proposed amendments and refiling of these rules is scheduled for:
