    LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF OHIO

    DEPARTMENT OF JOB AND FAMILY SERVICES

     

    PURSUANT TO SECTION 5107.05 AND CHAPTER 119. OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF JOB AND FAMILY SERVICES GIVES NOTICE OF THE DEPARTMENT'S INTENT TO AMEND RULES ON A PERMANENT BASIS AND OF A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON.

     

    The following rules are being amended:

     

    Rule 5101:4-3-28 entitled "Food Stamp Employment and Training (FSET) Program" provides definition and requirements for the FSET program. These rules were amended with the following information: corrections to agency name.

     

    Rule: 5101:4-3-30 entitled "Food Stamp Employment and Training: Rights and Responsibilities" provides information on rights and responsibilities. These rules were amended with the following information: corrections to agency name.

     

    Rule 5101:4-3-31 entitled "Food Stamp Employment and Training: Required Hours" provides definition and requirements for the required hours. These rules were amended with the following information: corrections to agency name, defining acronyms, and grammatical modifications.

     

    Rule 5101:4-3-38 entitled "Food Stamp Employment and Training: Conciliation Process" provides definition and requirements for the conciliation process. These rules were amended with the following information: corrections to agency name and grammatical modifications.

     

    A copy of the proposed rules is available without charge to any person affected by it at the address listed below. The rules are also available on the Internet at  http://www.state.oh.us/odjfs/ols/pubhearings/ .

     

    A public hearing on the proposed rules will be held on December 10, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 1814, 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio. Either written or verbal testimony will be taken at the public hearing. Additionally, written comments submitted by mail or fax will be treated as testimony.
