145-2-08                      Purchase of school board member service.

 

 

 

(A)  This rule amplifies section 145.299 of the Revised Code. (B)

(1)      The member shall submit a written request which that shall include a certification of the service on a form provided by the public employees retirement system.

 

(2)   A member shall purchase credit for such service only by a lump-sum payment as defined in rule 145-1-35 of the Administrative Code.
