145-2-17                      Purchase of firefighter service.

 

 

A firefighter employed before May 1, 1991, who is or becomes a member of the public employees retirement system on May 1, 1991, may purchase his firefighter service before May 1, 1991 for any year of non-contributing service as a firefighter not covered by an approved exemption.
