Quality assurance requirements.(A)Each licensee shall establish, maintain, and execute a quality assurance program toverify by procedures such as checking, auditing, and inspection that deficiencies,deviations, and defective material and equipment relating to the shipment ofpackages containing radioactive material are promptly identified and corrected.This quality assurance program shall contain the elements of the quality assuranceprogram in 10 C.F.R. 71.101 to 10 C.F.R. 71.137.(B)Before the use of any package for the shipment of licensed material, each licenseeshall obtain department approval of its quality assurance program. Each licenseeshall file a description of its quality assurance program, including a discussion ofwhich requirements are applicable and how they will be satisfied, with Ohiodepartment of health bureau of radiation protection.3701:1-50-24
