    The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Recreation, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act and Sections 154LOI , 154L03, 1.541.09 and 1541.19 of the Revised Code hereby declares intent to adopt and amend administrative rules pertaining to fees for seasonal, guest and transient docks and tie ups; fees for camping; fees for rental of group building facilities; fees for rental of housekeeping cabins and cottages; fees for storage of watercraft, trailers and campers on state parks; fees for special activity permits; fees for campground visitor and car passes; fees for rental of recreational vehicles,?1rts, tepees, park models, camper cabins and other getaway rentals; fees for construction of private breakwater structures; littering, importing of rubbish and trash on parks; camping administration; removal of personal property on expiration of rental period; display of dock tags on private docks; removal of unauthorized docks; and  parks open to hunting.

    For such purpose the Division of Parks and Recreation will conduct a public hearing on said proposals on January 5, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Recreation Conference Room, 2045 Morse Road, Building C (third floor), Columbus, Ohio 43229. At the public hearing, any person affected by the rule changes may appear and be heard in person, or by an a? mey, or both, and may present testimony, orally or in writing, offer and examine witnesses, and present evidence tending to show that the rules if adopted will be unreasonable or unlawful.

    Such rules are necessary and appropriate for proper management and control oflands and waters administered by the Division of Parks and Recreation and for the protection of the health, safety and welfare of the public.
