LEGAL NOTICE

 

The State Board of Education will conduct a public hearing regarding the following on Monday, January 9, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. in the Conference Center at the Ohio School for the Deaf located at 500 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio:

 

·         3301-11-01 through 3301-11-15 - New rules regarding the educational choice scholarship program;

·         3301-24-05 - Amended rule regarding temporary licenses;

·         3301-24-12 - New rule regarding alternative superintendent and administrative specialist licenses;

·         3301-24-13 - New rule regarding relinquishment of license or teaching field;

·         3301-30-01 - New rule regarding department of youth services program standards;

·         3301-30-01 through 3301-30-04 - Rescinded rules regarding department of youth services program standards;

·     3301-35-01 through 3301-35-07 and 3301-35-09 through 3301-35-14 - Amended rules regarding operating standards;

·     3301-44-01, 3301-44-02 and 3301-44-05 through 3301-44-09 - Amended rules regarding post-secondary enrollment options;

·         3301-98-01 - Amended rule regarding background checks for individuals participating in an OhioReads program.
