4101:2-77-03 Certification of the building department of Fairfield county, Ohio.
The board of building standards, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the building department of Fairfield County, Ohio to exercise enforcement authority and accept and approve plans and specifications, and make inspections in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791 of the Revised Code and any rules adopted pursuant thereto, except "Plumbing" provisions.
