Pursuant to Section 119.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Superintendent of Insurance, State of Ohio, will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 29, 2003 at the Ohio Department of Insurance, Lobby Conference Room, 2100 Stella Court, Columbus, Ohio, to consider rescission of Ohio Administrative Code Section 3901-1-08 (surplus line insurance), and 3901-1-39 (Underinsured motorist coverage).
