Except for such forms as may from time to time be provided by the board, and except as provided in rule 4906-5-02 4906-5-03 of the administrative Administrative Code, all motions, petitions, applications, documents, or other papers filed for the purpose of any proceeding before the board shall be printed or typewritten and reproduced on sheets of eight and one-half inches by eleven inches (except for foldouts and special exhibits). Widths of the margins shall not be less than one inch.
