Notice of hearing to add/modify the below listed rules of the Ohio Administrative Code

 

 

111:3-2-06       Demonstration  Procedure

 

111:3-3-01       Certification; Mandatory Requirements 111:3-4-03     Re-examination; Updated Manual 111:3-5-02           Withdrawal of certification; procedure

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the Ohio Secretary of State, for purpose of considering the above listed, proposed administrative rules, will hold a hearing.

 

A public hearing on the proposed rules will be held Thursday, January 18, 2007 at 10:00 AM in the Human Resources Learning Resource Center located on the 17th Floor of 180 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio.

 

Either written or oral testimony will be received at the hearing. Additionally, written comments received at the address below, prior to the hearing, will be treated as testimony.
