THE CHANCELLOR OF THE OHIO BOARD OF REGENTS LEGAL NOTICE

 

 

The Chancellor of the Ohio Board of Regents will hold a public hearing on the following rule actions March 15, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the Ohio Board of Regents, located at 30 East Broad Street, 36th Floor, Columbus, Ohio:

•         3333-1-15 - provides criteria for the evaluation of community or technical college district's request to participate in the state's credit enhancement program. Furthermore, in the event that the Chancellor of the Board of Regents is required to approve the payment of bond service charges on behalf of a participating college's from its respective state share of instruction (SSI) allocation, this rule provides criteria for how such a payment shall be requested and processed in collaboration with the Office of Budget Management (OBM).
