NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation will hold a public hearing on Friday, March 20, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 1, Level 2, 30 West Spring Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, to consider the following:

 

Amend the following rules:

 

4123-6-37.2 Payment of hospital outpatient services.

4123-6-37.3 Payment of ambulatory surgical center services.

 

The amendment of these rules are to comply with R.C. 119., requiring agencies to review its rules every five years and to update various fees to be paid by the Bureau to providers, as defined by federal laws.

All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
