PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

Pursuant to Chapter 119 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Ohio State Dental Board will conduct a Public hearing on Thursday, February 13th, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. on the following administrative rules: Ohio Administrative Code 4715-3-01, 4715-5-01, 4715-5-01.1, 4715-5-02, 4715-5-03,4715-5-04,4715-

5-08, 4715-9-01, 4715-9-02.1, 4715-9-03, 4715-9-05, 4715-11-01, 4715-11-

02, 4715-11-03, 4715-11-04, 4715-20-02, 4715-40-01, 4715-40-02, 4715-

40-03, 4715-40-04, 4715-40-05, 4715-40-06, 4715-40-07, and 4715-40-

08. The hearing will take place on the 29th floor of The James A. Rhodes State Office Tower, 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio, 43215, Room 2921. The purpose of this hearing is to permit public comment on the rules amended pursuant to R.C.119.032. Testimony should focus on the rules as they are proposed. Persons wishing to testify at the  hearing should register no later than February 5th, 2003 with Malynda K. Franks, Executive Secretary, 614/466-2580. Witnesses must limit their comments to ten (10) minutes and are asked to submit written copies of their testimony at the hearing.
