NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Ohio Auditor of State, pursuant to Chapter 117 of the Ohio Revised Code, has scheduled a public hearing on Monday March 21st, 2016 at 10 A.M. in the Ohio Room located on the 5th floor at 88 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio, for the purpose of adopting new rules.

 

The titles of the rules are as follows:

 

117-2-03 Annual financial reports

All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Any interested party unable to attend the public hearing may submit written comments prior to the public hearing.
