5902-1-04 Certifying veterans service officers.
In order to hold the position of a county veterans service officer, individuals shall be
certified by the department of veterans services
governor's office of veterans' affairswithin thirty months of becoming a county veterans service officer. He/she shall also meet the yearly continuing educational requirements as defined.
