Scharfenberger, Chairman • Deborah Veley, Executive Director               NOTICE   Section 119.032 of the Revised Code requires the Board of Executives of Long-Term Services and Supports (BELTSS) to review the rules of Chapter 4751 of the Ohio Administrative Code no later than the rules' assigned review dates. The rules regulate BELTSS. BELTSS is proposing to modify OAC 4751-1-04, 4751-1-05, 4751-1-06, 4751-1-07, 4751-1-08.1, 4751-1-10, 4751-1- 14, and 4751-1-16.  BELTSS has also proposed 4751-1-10.1 as a new rule.   Please see the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) associated with this rule filing for details.   BELTSS will conduct a public hearing to obtain comments concerning the rule proposals on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 in Conference Room A which is located at 50 W. Broad Street, 9th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215.  The hearing will begin at 1:00 PM and will continue until all parties in attendance at that time have had an opportunity to provide comment.   Any person may direct written comments or requests for information concerning BELTSS' rule proposals to Deborah Veley, Executive Director of BELTSS, on or before the date of the hearing by writing to [e-mail].
