NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Ohio Department of Mental Health

 

Pursuant to section 119.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Department intends to conduct a public hearing.

 

The following rules from the Department's Certification Standards for Community Mental Health Agencies (OAC Chapters 5122-24 through 5122-29) are being proposed for rescission:
