145-2-52                      Application  by  a  contributor  for  refund  of  accumulated contributions.

 

 

For purposes of division (A)(2) of section 145.40 of the Revised Code, "eligible for age and service retirement" means a contributor is eligible for a retirement benefit under section 145.32, 145.33, 145.331, or 145.34 145.332 of the Revised Code on or before the first of the month following the date the application for a refund is received by the public employees retirement system.
