NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

 

 

The Director of the Ohio Department of Health has proposed to adopt new rules 3701-57-01, 3701-57-02, 3701-57-03, and 3701-57-04 of the Ohio Administrative Code (O.A.C.) in accordance with R.C. 3705.35. These rules, pertaining to the Ohio Birth Defects Information System, are being proposed as a result of House Bill 534 of the 123rd General Assembly.

 

In accordance with Chapter 119 of the Revised Code, the Director, or his designee, will conduct a public hearing on the proposed action on Tuesday, April 26, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. The hearing will be conducted in the 4th Floor Training Room #1 of the Ohio Department of Health, 246 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio.

 

At the hearing, persons affected by the proposed action may appear and be heard in person, by their attorney or both; may present their positions, arguments, or contentions orally or in writing; may offer witnesses; and may present evidence tending to show that the proposed rules, if adopted or effectuated, will be unreasonable or unlawful.
