LEGAL NOTICE

 

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Recreation, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act and Sections 1541.01, 1541.03 and 1541.09 of the Revised Code hereby declares intent to amend and rescind administrative rules pertaining to fees for seasonal and transient docks and tie ups; fees for camping; fees for rent a camp sites; fees for rental of sleeping and housekeeping cabin; fees for Malabar tours and memberships; fees for use of trailer waste stations by non- campers; fees for horseman's camps; fees for pets in campgrounds; fees for storage of watercraft , trailers and campers; fees for Lake Milton and Buckeye Lake permit applications; fees for campground visitor and car passes; and fees for rental of recreational vehicles, yurts, tepees, park models, camper cabins.

For such purpose the Division of Parks and Recreation will conduct a public hearing on said proposals on April 23, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. in the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Assembly Center, 1939 Fountain Square Court, Building E (first floor), Columbus, Ohio 43224. At the public hearing, any person affected by the rule changes may appear and be heard in person, or by an attorney, or both, and may present testimony, orally or in writing, offer and examine witnesses, and present evidence tending to show that the rules if adopted will be unreasonable or unlawful.

Such rules are necessary and appropriate for proper management and control of lands and waters administered by the Division of Parks and Recreation and for the protection of the health, safety and welfare of the public.
