STATE OF OHIO DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES

NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND PLANT RULE

 

The Chief of the Division of Natural Areas and Preserves, pursuant to Section 1501:18-1-03 and Chapter 119 of the Ohio Revised Code, hereby gives notice of the intent to amend the following rule:

 

1518:18:1-03.

 

Administrative rule 1501:18-1-03 is being amended to list the current species of endangered and threatened plants in the state of Ohio.

 

A public hearing on this amended rule will be held at 10 A.M. on Friday, April 28, 2006 at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Natural Areas and Preserves' Headquarters, 2045 Morse Road, F-1, Columbus, Ohio. At the public hearing, any person affected by the rule changes may appear and be heard in person, or be represented by an attorney, or both, and may present testimony, orally or in writing, offer and examine witnesses, and present evidence tending to show that the rule, if amended, will be unreasonable or unlawful.
