Notice of Public Hearing

Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services

 

Pursuant to Section 119.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, notices hereby given that the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services intends to conduct a public hearing.

The following rules are being proposed for revision: 3793:2-1-03 Program Administration

3793:2-1-07 Client Rights and grievances

3793:2-1-08 Treatment Services

3793:2-6-01 Detoxification program certification

 

3793:2-1-03 Program Administration - ODADAS clarifies the standards for programs having direct care or supervision of children and/or adolescents.

 

3793:2-1-07 Client Rights and grievances - ODADAS has clarified provisions in 3793:2-1-07. Specifically, the current rule refers to a section that does not exist and the amendment designates the appropriate reference.

 

3793:2-1-08 Treatment Services - The amendment details the services that a registered candidate or chemical dependency counselor assistant may perform while under the supervision of designated credentialed/licensed individual.

 

3793:2-6-01 Detoxification program certification - The amendment appropriately changes the name from "committee" to "commission" when referring to the joint commission on accreditation of healthcare organizations.
