LEGAL NOTICE

 

The Department of Education will hold a public hearing April 10, 2006 on the following rule actions:

 

·         3301-12-01 through 3301-12-06 regarding state superintendent spending orders (new);

·         3301-83-01 regarding calculation of pupil transportation operation payments (amendment);

·         3301-85-01 regarding distribution of payment for purchase of school buses (rescind and new);

·         3301-102-02 through 3301-102-05 regarding sponsorship of community schools (amendments);

·         3301-102-08 regarding reasonable standards for expected gains in student assessments and graduation rate (new); and

·         3301-104-01 through 3301-104-03 regarding qualifying expenditures for pupil instruction for internet- or computer-based community schools (new).

 

The hearing will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. in the Conference Center at the Ohio School for the Deaf located at 500 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio.
