    The rule sets forth the categories for which developmental disaiblities personnel may perform health-related activities and administer prescribed medication and requires developmental disabilites personnel to successfully complete training and/or be certified prior to performing health-related activities and administering prescribed medication.

    Paragraph (C) requires employers of developmental disabilities personnel and delegating nurses to take actions if they believe that developmental disabilities personnel are not safely performing health-related activities or administering prescribed medication.
