    This rule sets forth the treatment of cash, checking and savings accounts, and time deposits for purposes of determining eligibility for medical assistance. Changes to this rule include replacing terms "co-holder" with "co-owner" and "check register" with "checkbook record", adding language on spousal impoverishment provisions, and reorganized language for clarity.
