The Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission (OMHC) pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 119 of the Ohio Revised Code and 4781-5-01 hereby gives notice that it will conduct a public hearing on May 19, 2010 at 10:00 am at the Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission new headquarters located at 5100 Parkcenter Avenue, Suite 120, Dublin, Ohio 43017.  The Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission intends to add the following new Rules listed below:

 

 

New Rules

(These Rules are intended to be added to the OMHC's Rules as a direct result of H.B.#1 in which the passing of this Bill transfers jurisdiction of the licensing and regulation of manufactured home dealers, brokers and salespersons to the Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles

 

                                                                        General provisions and requirements for manufactured housing dealer, manufactured housing broker, and manufactured housing salesperson licensure.

                                                                        Denial of licensure.

                                                                        License issuance.

                                                                        Replacement license.

                                                                        License renewal.

                                                                        Display of license.

                                                                        Notification of change of information. 4781-11-08 Written contract requirements.

4781-11-09                  Manufactured housing dealer net worth and bond requirement. 4781-11-10            Manufactured housing broker bond requirements.

4781-11-11                  Manufactured housing broker special or trust bank account. 4781-11-12   Salesperson license suspension, reinstatement, and transfer. 4781-11-13   Investigation initiation.
