4713-3-12                    School  transfers,  change  of  ownership  or  discontinuance  of operation.

 

 

Every license issued to a school is valid only for the location named on the certificate and is not transferrable. School owners shall notify the "Board" in writing of the sale, transfer, or change of ownership within thirty days prior to a transfer, or change of ownership.

 

Any intention of a school to discontinue its operation must be made to the "Board" at least sixty days prior to the final date of operation. Any school which closes for business must forward to the "Board" a complete, notarized training record for each student within fourteen days of the completion of any training hours by any student.
