PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

ODA is proposing to rescind rules 173-39-01 and 173-39-02.4 of the Administrative Code, adopt new rules 173-39-01, 173-39-02.4, 173-39-02.22, 173-39-02.23, and 173-39-02.24

of the Administrative Code, and amend rules 173-39-02, 173-39-02.3, and 173-39-02.5 of the Administrative Code.

Please see the business impact analysis (BIA) associated with this rule filing for details. ODA will conduct a public hearing to obtain comments concerning the rule proposals on

Friday, May 16, 2014 in Conference Room 10A which is located just inside the 10th floor entrance of ODA's office at 50 W. Broad St.; 10th Floor; Columbus, OH 43215. The hearing will begin at 10:00AM and will continue until all parties in attendance at that time have had an opportunity to provide comment.
