LEGAL NOTICE

 

The State Board of Education will hold a public hearing on the following rule actions on May 10, 2010, at 4:00 p.m. in the Conference Center at the Ohio School for the Deaf, 500 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio:

 

·         3301-13-11 (Amendment) - Establishing provisions for the exemption of first year limited English proficient students and for the allowance of accommodations for limited English proficient students;

·         3301-19-01 to -19-03 (Amendments) - Expenditure flow reports;

·         3301-35-01 to -35-06 (Amendments) - Operating standards for Ohio schools;

·         3301-51-09 (Amendment) - Delivery of special education services;

·         3301-102-01 to -102-06 (Amendments) - Community school sponsorship.
