NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OHIO LOTTERY COl\?1ISSION HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF ONE AMENDED ADMINISTRATIVE RULE

Notice is hereby given that the Ohio Lo?ery Commission intends to adopt one (1) amended administrative rule in Proposed Form. A public hearing will be conducted on May 26, 2016 at the Frank J. Lausche Building, 615 West Superior Avenue, 4th floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, at 10:00 A.M. in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, (Chapter 119, Ohio Revised Code). Any person affected by the proposed action may appe? and be heard in person, by the person's attorney, or both; may present

the person's position, arguments, or contentions, orally or in writing; offer

and examine witnesses; and present evidence tending to show that the proposed rule, amendment or revision, if adopted or effectuated, will be unreasonable or unlawful.

The amended rule to be considered for adoption is Ohio Lo?ery Administrative Rules 3770:1-5-10.

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 3770:1-5-10 is to amend the rule to conform to Ohio Revised Code 3770.06(E) and to avoid duplicate rule language.
