NOTICE

 

Regarding the Long-Term Care Consumer Guide, ODA is proposing to rescind rule 173- 45-06.1 of the Administrative Code, to adopt new rule 173-45-06.1 of the Administrative Code, and to amend rules 173-45-06 and 173-45-10 of the Administrative Code. Please see the business impact analysis (BIA) and rule summaries and fiscal analyses (RSFAs) associated with this rule filing for details.

 

ODA will conduct a public hearing to obtain comments concerning the rule proposals on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 in Conference Room 10A which is located just inside the 10th floor entrance of ODA's office at 50 W. Broad St.; Columbus, OH 43215. The hearing will begin at 1:30PM and will continue until all parties in attendance at that time have had an opportunity to provide comment.
